Automatic Bi-parting Steel Sliding Gate

We fabricated and installed this automatic bi-parting sliding gate as a complete dual-leaf entrance system. Both gate sections were manufactured in-house using full steel construction, with hidden vent holes incorporated into the design during fabrication. This integrated ventilation detail allows airflow through the structure while maintaining the enclosed steel format. Following manufacture, the steelwork was galvanised and completed with a powder-coated finish to provide durable surface protection for external installation.

Our technicians mechanised the two sliding leaves using separate SEA Mercury 800 24-volt motors. Each motor controls one side of the entrance, allowing both gate sections to open away from the centre and return together during closing. Correct dual-leaf synchronisation was central to the installation, ensuring coordinated motion across the complete opening. We also deployed a video intercom system with an integrated keypad for controlled entry. The intercom connects to a touch-screen monitor equipped with video memory, giving the user a clear interface for viewing callers and managing access from inside the property.

The completed installation is a fully automated bi-parting gate system engineered, integrated, and commissioned by our team. Every stage, from steel fabrication to motor configuration and access-control setup, was managed as part of the same project.
