Industrial Steel Sliding Gate - Naas, Co. Kildare

We built and installed an industrial steel sliding gate in Naas, Co. Kildare. The gate features a heavy-duty steel structure with weld mesh infill, creating the required entrance configuration for the industrial site. Our team managed the bespoke design, fabrication and on-site installation to complete the sliding entrance system.

We automated the gate using a 2000 kg SEA motor, providing the capacity required to control the steel gate during opening and closing. As a motorised gate, the system uses inverter technology to regulate operation and support controlled acceleration and deceleration throughout each movement cycle. Integrated safety edges detect contact during movement and signal the control system to stop the gate. We also incorporated standard industrial access-control integration, allowing the automated entrance to operate with compatible access-management equipment.

The completed installation combines a heavy-duty industrial sliding gate, SEA automation, integrated safety equipment and industrial access control. The design, fabrication, automation and installation were completed by our team as part of our gate installations.
