Steel sliding gate system

We manufactured this steel sliding gate in-house, giving our team direct control over the fabrication, preparation, and final assembly of the system. The completed steelwork was galvanised to provide corrosion protection and then powder coated to create a durable external finish. This combination supports long-term use by helping protect the gate structure and related metal components from exposure during regular operation.

For automation, we installed a SEA Mercury 400kg 24v motor. The motor is designed to operate sliding gates within its stated 400kg capacity and provides the controlled powered motion required for opening and closing the entrance. Our team integrated the motor with the gate system and configured the access control equipment to suit the completed installation. Authorised users can operate the gate using handheld remotes or the installed keypad, providing two practical access methods.

The completed project is a fully automated steel sliding entrance system manufactured, supplied and installed by our team. The gate structure, motor and access controls were combined into one complete operational setup.
