Industrial Sliding Gate System

We installed this industrial sliding gate system as a complete automated entrance for demanding operational use. The system was specified for an industrial-scale gate weighing up to 2,000 kg, with the gate structure and automation equipment configured as one complete installation.

We automated the sliding gate using a SEA Lepus industrial oil bath motor rated for gates weighing up to 2,000 kg. As a motorised gate, the system uses a SEA Unigate control panel with inverter technology to manage the motor during opening and closing. The three-phase motor operates from a 230 V supply, with adjustable movement speeds and controlled slowdown as the gate approaches its stopping position. We also installed laser safety technology to monitor the gate area during operation. Access is managed through two keypads, with remote controls supplied for each driver.

The completed project combines the industrial sliding gate, SEA Lepus motor, Unigate inverter control panel, laser safety equipment and access controls as part of our completed gate installations.
