Commercial Sliding Automatic Gates

We installed two commercial sliding gate systems as part of this completed entrance automation project. Each gate was built with an all-steel toothed rack to provide the mechanical connection between the gate and its drive system. The steel rack transfers power from the motor while supporting controlled movement along the sliding mechanism. Our team also installed a swing gate fitted with a Visa hook lock, providing a mechanical locking point alongside the two automated entrances and adding another configuration to the swing gates used within the project.

We fitted both sliding gates with SEA Saturn 1500 24-volt motors. Each motor drives its gate through the installed steel toothed rack. Access control was configured using keypads alongside a GSM dial-to-open system. The keypads allow authorised users to enter an approved access code at the entrance, while the GSM system enables gate activation through registered telephone numbers. PC software provides a central method for managing authorised users and system settings.

The completed installation combines two automated sliding entrances, the additional swing gate, SEA Saturn motors, mechanical locking and multiple access-control methods within one motorised gate system. We handled the gate build, automation configuration and on-site work as part of our completed gate installations.
