Aluminium Sliding Gate - Summerhill, Co. Meath

This Summerhill, Co. Meath residential property needed a secure, low-maintenance entrance that could handle daily vehicle access without the upkeep steel gates demand. We designed, manufactured, and installed a full aluminium sliding gate finished to match the property’s exterior, giving the homeowner a durable gate that won’t rust or need repainting.

Automation is handled by an SEA Mercury motor rated to 800kg, sized to comfortably drive the gate’s weight and give smooth, reliable daily operation with a long service life. Two sets of photocells are fitted so the gate automatically stops if a vehicle, person, or object is detected in its path — an important safety layer for driveways used by children or pets. Access is managed through an intercom system with app control, so the homeowner can see who’s calling and open the gate remotely from their phone, whether they’re in the house or away from the property.
