Commercial Sliding Gate - Pharmaceuticals Facility in Grange Castle, Dublin

We manufactured, supplied, and installed a single commercial sliding gate at a pharmaceutical facility in dublin, providing a 12,000mm clear opening. We constructed the steel gate from 200 × 100mm main structural sections, with 60 × 60mm vertical infill bars fitted within the frame. The frame and infill have a galvanised finish. A prominent red reflective warning strip runs horizontally along the top rail, above the vertical steel bars.

We automated the gate using a 2000kg SEA Lupus sliding gate motor, paired with an inverter technology control panel. The motor’s 2000kg rating refers to its gate-weight capacity. The motor and control panel provide powered opening and closing for the single sliding leaf. Our team also fitted 2 sets of photocells, 6 resistive safety edges and a flashing warning light, completing the safety package supplied with the motorised gate.

We completed the manufacture, supply and gate installation of this heavy-duty commercial sliding gate, including the galvanised steelwork, reflective warning strip, automation hardware and safety equipment.
