Full Aluminium Sliding Gate - Dublin

We built and installed a new full aluminium sliding gate entrance system in Dublin. The gate was manufactured using heavy-duty aluminium construction, with 150 mm horizontal boards forming the lower section and evenly spaced 90 mm horizontal slats across the upper section. The complete gate was finished in RAL 7016. This configuration provides a fully aluminium entrance solution and is suitable for projects requiring automated driveway gates built around durable aluminium gates construction.

For automation, we installed a 24-volt SEA Mercury motor rated for gates up to 800 kg. As a motorised gate system, the sliding automation incorporates photocells positioned on both the inside and outside of the entrance to provide dual-zone obstruction detection. A built-in reverse-on-obstacle function adds another safety layer by reversing gate movement when resistance is detected. Access control is handled through an IP video intercom with a combined keypad. A 7-inch screen inside the residence allows users to view and communicate with visitors, while the built-in mobile app provides remote access and gate management from a compatible mobile device.

The completed installation provides a fully automated aluminium sliding entrance system, with the gate fabrication, automation, safety equipment and access control completed as part of one of our gate installations.
