Old-Style Ornate Steel Double Swing Gates

We built and installed a set of old-style ornate steel double swing gates for this entrance project. The gates were manufactured as a bespoke steel assembly, with detailed ornamental elements incorporated into the double-leaf structure. The completed steelwork was galvanised and powder-coated to provide layered protection against corrosion, moisture and regular outdoor exposure. This finishing process supports long-term durability while helping the gate structure withstand repeated daily operation.

Our team automated the gates using a 24-volt SEA underground system. The automation equipment is installed below ground at the gate hinges, keeping the principal motor components discreetly contained beneath the entrance. Each underground motor controls one gate leaf, allowing the pair to open and close as a coordinated double swing system. SEA underground automation is designed for dependable operation while retaining clear space around the gate structure. We also installed a GSM intercom to provide remote access control through the mobile network. Authorised users can communicate with visitors and release the automated gates remotely without requiring a fixed internal handset at the entrance.

The completed installation provides a durable steel entrance with integrated underground automation and GSM-based access control. Our team handled the bespoke gate design, fabrication, automation and final installation as one complete project.
